Under the umbrella of the Common Man Family of Restaurants, The Italian Farmhouse is a local favorite thanks to its large portion sizes and indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Getting into the fun restaurant is usually not a long wait. Call ahead for availability.

The more popular items on the menu are the steak tips, shrimp and bread.

History

The restaurant first opened in 1993 by Alex and Don Brown. They then added a greenhouse to the back of the restaurant, which people still use for wedding receptions, birthday parties or other events.

The Italian Farmhouse never fails to be good. The servers have always been spot on (in my experience). The biggest difference in the experience is the bread service is now table side. If you are in the Ashland area The Farmhouse is a worthwhile stop!
