During Your Stay 

Booking:
You may book online through booking.com or please call the Tea Rose Inn. We require a full payment of room + tax at time of booking.

Arrival Time:
Normal check in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Arrangements can be made for early or late arrivals.  Please call and let us know.

Late Arrival:
Please call the Inn ahead of time to let us know your estimated time of arrival.

Parking:
There is a circular shaped driveway in the front of the Inn. Please do not park on the sidewalk or on the grass.

Check Out:
Normal checkout is 11:00 AM. Reasonable arrangements may be made for a later time.  Please let us know.

Breakfast:
No full breakfast is served before 7:30 am. We serve breakfast between 8:15 and 8:30 each morning. if your departure plans require that you leave before breakfast is served, please let us know in advance. So we can leave muffins, bread, bagels and fruit out for your enjoyment. A coffee and tea station is open 24 hours. If you have dietary restrictions please let us know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate your needs. We do not need to know if you follow a vegetarian diet; breakfast meats are always optional. 

Children:
We take pleasure in welcoming well-behaved, supervised children of all ages to our bed and breakfast. Please let us know in advance the ages and number of children so that we will be ready for your family (roll-away bed, high chair, etc.). 

Pets:
Sorry no pets allowed

Extra Person in Room:
All room rates are based on double occupancy.  Special rates may apply to single occupancy.  Let us know at the time you reserve the room.  There is a $25 per night for each person in excess of double occupancy unless it is a child under the age of 18.

Smoking:
There is no smoking inside the Inn.

Regarding Alcohol:
You’re welcome to bring your own wine or beer. Please drink responsibly. Any damage done to the room or inn, due to excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption, will be your financial responsibility. Please, no picnic coolers in the guest rooms, each room has a mini fridge.

Peak Season:
We prefer a 2 night minimum for holidays and special events such Plymouth State University Graduation, Columbus Day, Laconia Bike Week and Fall Foliage weekends (September 27th-29th and October 4th- 6th).


Cancellation Policy

We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club cards. Cash and personal checks are also welcome.

Full payment for accommodations is due at the time of booking. Guests who arrive late and depart early are responsible for payment of the entire stay.

Plymouth State University Graduation, Columbus Day, Laconia Bike Week and Fall Foliage weekends are non refundable. 

Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but a $25 processing fee will occur.

Cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival will result in a 100% charge of full stay.

Extended Stay Rates Cancellation Policies

*Extended stay rates starting at $75.00 per night, call us today to find out more information. Full payment of stay is required at time of booking.

Extended stays that are canceled before 14 days is subjected to a $50 cancellation fee.

Privacy Policy

The Inn Keepers at Tea Rose Inn are privileged to have your trust and your business. We respect your privacy and will do everything we can to protect your personal information in our Inn and on our website. Occasionally we will offer subscriptions to our newsletter, post a survey or a online poll that our website visitors will need to submit an email address to subscribe to our online services. 

We may also offer prizes and accept entries into our online contests. We will never sell or trade your email address, or personal information to any individual or business entity.
